BIRTHDAY PARTIES 

Celebrate your birthday at the Museum!

Want a unique party for your child? The Brazos Valley Museum has a party for you! Your child and their friends will enjoy an educational party with an entertaining themed program, games, and crafts. You can also invite the parents of your children's friends to attend and enjoy the Museum.

Important Information

Birthday parties at the Museum are on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  (Reservation dates are dependent on staff availability).

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. 


Reservations MUST be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the party date. 

 

For the comfort and enjoyment of your group’s party, a maximum of 20 children are allowed to attend your party.

Plan A

Museum Provides

  • Party favors, invitations, decorations, party room, table and chairs, place settings & cake, and the program of your choice

You Provide

  • Beverages & ice, any additional food (such as ice cream or pizza)​

$225.00 for 10 children

$8.50 for each additional child​

*If you choose to provide your own cake, the price is reduced $200 for 10 children, $8.00 for each additional child

Plan B

Museum Provides

You Provide

  • Beverages & ice, food, decorations, place settings, and cake

Guests will bring donations from the Museum's wish list or monetary donation in the honor of the birthday child
