Chuck Wagon Cook-Off 2012
The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History in Bryan, Texas, invites YOU to compete in our Chuck Wagon Cook-Off on Friday and Saturday, October 5-6, 2012. Nancy and Bob Sparks are lending their expert guiding hands to this event – so you know it’s going to be GOOD!
Event Schedule
Friday
3:30 wagons are to be in place
3:30 wagon judging begins
5:30 cooks’ meeting
6:30 Sponsors and Friends Potluck Dinner
Saturday
11:45 pick up samples
12:00 serve the public
Awards ceremony as soon as possible after food judging
Registration
The entry fee is $150.00 (to be refunded when you arrive). Make entries payable to Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History. Send to: Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History, 3232 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan, TX 77802, attn: Chuck Wagon Cook-Off.
